A liquid-applied membrane (LAM) is a monolithic, fully-bonded, liquid-based coating used for waterproofing and roofing. When applied, this coating cures to form a seamless, elastomeric, rubber-like waterproof barrier. It's often used on various substrates, including concrete, asphalt, and bitumen.
